Step 1.

Take the Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Quiz. If you score 5 or lower you are eligible for a snoring device. If you score 6 or higher you are at risk for sleep apnea. You will need a sleep study with our doctor or yours to proceed.

Step 2.

If you are eligible for a snoring device, or your need a sleep study you may purchase online or schedule a complimentary in-person or phone consultation.

Step 3.

If you need a Sleep Study we will mail you equipment for your HST (home sleep test) and schedule your pre and post physician consultation.

Step 4.

We’ll schedule your scan at our office or at your home or work. In about 2 weeks you will receive your device and start your journey to better nights and better days.
