Our flagship device includes a 3D printed mandibular advancement device, scan, dentist consultations, and follow-up. You may also choose to upgrade your device or include additional diagnostic tests.
Subscription — $395 plus $19/mo.
Not sure how you will acclimate to wearing a dental device? Consider our subscription option, which allows you to fully purchase your device at any time for an additional $450. If however you find a dental device is not right for you, simply return your custom device to terminate your subscription. Subscription holders also receive a new 3D printed device for $75 device every 3 years.

Nylon medical grade devices are the smallest, most flexible, and durable devices on the market. Their flexibility and small size allow maximum comfort and space for the tongue.

The Prosomnus Evo has become the most popular high-end device on the market. Made from milled surgical grade plastic, the Evo is the only device that does not require the upper and lower device to be connected allowing free range of jaw movement vertically. The Evo is incredibly durable and small. When a patient requires a device every night for the rest of their lives, many patients invest in Evo.
Home Sleep Test

Our home sleep test includes information about the number of times you stop breathing during sleep each hour. It does not include a diagnosis or physician consultation. It is often used to provide your physician with information about how well your devices is working, and is especially helpful for those who are at high risk for sleep apnea. We do contract with local physicians if you need a doctor or diagnosis, although this is not included. Contact us for more information about working with one of our contracted physicians. Device purchase not required.

Additional $595
Save big if you both need a better nights sleep. Scans for both partners need to completed at the same time if electing in-home scanning. Only applies to our flagship device. Contact us is you prefer a nylon or Evo device.
Travel Device

Add a back-up device to your suitcase or RV for maximum convenience. Fee only applies to the second 3D printed device. Please contact us if you require an additional nylon or Prosomnus Evo travel device.
