Device Subscription

Not sure how you will acclimate to wearing a dental device? Consider our subscription option, which allows you to fully purchase your device at any time for an additional $450. If however you find a dental device is not right for you, simply return your custom device to terminate your subscription. Subscription holders also receive a new 3D printed device device every 3 years. ($75 fee).

The $20 monthly fee does not go towards the device purchase. It is simply the cost of trying out the device to see if it is right for you. Only the 3D printed device is available for subscription pricing.
